2026 High School & College Basketball Showcase Events

BENTON - The spring schedule is set for our Aura Athletics events in 2026. While there is a lot to unpack, there are three specific basketball showcases we would like to highlight the importance of. These events all take place in April, as that is a key month for college basketball recruiting. All three events fall into the live period, meaning college coaches can actively attend these showcases in person and interact with athletes. At each event, athletes will sign in (must register ahead of time) when they first come in, stretch and get their measurements recorded. We will record their height, wingspan, standing reach and vertical on the Top Hopper. Players will then be broken into teams for livestreamed 5v5 scrimmages. That game film will be archived on YouTube and emailed to every college basketball coach in the country. Spots will be limited to a maximum of 60 athletes at each event.
Juco Hoops Showcase - Blackburn College - April 11, 2026
Our first event of the year, the Juco Hoops Showcase, is for any current junior college basketball players looking for a 4-year school or any current college athletes looking to transfer. This event will take place at Blackburn College in Carlinville, IL. We already have a handful of coaches committed to attending this event as well as 15 talented junior college basketball players. The list of available spots is getting shorter and shorter by the week, so don’t miss your chance to grab a spot in our only college basketball event of the year!
High School Hoops Showcase I - The Hoosier Gym - April 18, 2026
Our first high school basketball event of the year, and probably the one I’m the most excited about, is the HS Hoops Showcase at The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, Indiana. This is the location of the widely-known 1986 film Hoosiers that featured Gene Hackman. This classic gym will host 60 athletes in what should be an extremely awesome experience for all involved. This event is open to any current uncommitted high school basketball players.
High School Hoops Showcase II - Aurora University - April 25, 2026
Our second high school basketball event of the year, the HS Hoops Showcase II, will take place at beautiful D2 Aurora University in Aurora, IL. This event should attract a lot of college basketball coaches as there are a lot of colleges and universities near the Aurora area. This event is open to any current uncommitted high school basketball players.
